The semi-automatic bundle stacker of DESTA convinces by optimal accessibility and trouble-free handling. Cover plates and belts have to be inserted manual and the pressing of the stack is initiated manual. The operator is however able to take care of several such machines at the same time because of very short processes. The saving of time results of the conversion time to new formats and the secure running of the machine. There is no separation of shingles necessary.
DESTA has concerning the effectiveness of the top position.

To achieve the maximal benefit, the bundle stacker can be combined with a DESTA hopper loader-system HL 800. With this stacker loader it is possible to feed saddle stitchers and perfect binders with complete stacks. The handling of material and the storage expenses will be minimised. It is also possible to feed bundled stacks manual in the infeed of the processing machines.

The DESTA bundle stacker BA 510 is capable for all folding machines, for products in 1 up production (also for 2 ups, which will be separated later), especially for middle and large batches, or products always equal in format or similar format.
